17 weeks pregnant and I really just want my space ... well S/O has 1 other son outside of the baby I’m pregnant with now and he’s 8 years old ... well anytime his son comes over he literally finds any excuse to put him in the bed with us ... HE finds any excuse at all !! I personally thought it was cute in the beginning like aw 🥰 he loves spending time with his son but now I’m just like jeez can I have the bed just once when he’s over here without him sleeping in the bed with us 😩 idk if he’s using that as a excuse for no US time if you catch my drift or if he really is just not catching the hint 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I really just don’t think he needs to be in the bed with us every time he spends the night !

No, youre not wrong. I would just straight up tell him how you feel. I little kid is one thing, but an 8 year old? No, he's old enough to sleep by himself. Get the boy out of your bed.

No. My stepsons stopped being allowed to get into their dad's bed when we got married. That's our space. 
Their mom lets them sleep with her though at 7 and 9. I think that old is an unhealthy thing.

Be Blunt That the son has to sleep in his bed or SO wants to sleep with him then it has to be in the other room. 
Legit how does his Mother feel about this ??
I sometimes co sleep with my kids but its rare because i want my space. They co sleep at their dads as well. No if one of us had a Spouse Absolutely no way would they sleep with my kids.

I have a similar situation with a 3 year old. Sure it’s cute but I need my space especially now! I asked him to go sleep with him in his son’s room [thats why he has his own room]. I had to be blunt cause he was not getting any of my hints and wasn’t taking it seriously that I was bothered by it.

You’re not wrong. I would point blank refuse my partners daughter getting into bed with us and she’s 5. They should be in their own bed, especially at 8!!!! I’d be telling him if you wanna sleep together go in the other bed or get on the couch. My house my rules if kid and partner don’t like it find somewhere else to sleep. 🙃

If it was my husband complaining about my kid sleeping with us whenever he’s over I’d straight up tell him to leave whenever my kid was coming over. Child is and will always be the biggest priority and #1 person everyone else is optional... now if I wasn’t a super pissy pregnant lady I’d just tell him to sleep somewhere else lol.  You don’t wanna share the bed? Cool, go sleep somewhere else.
