Did you feel cramps at 22 weeks ?

Hello everyone today I’m exactly 22 weeks! I woke up with a bit of cramps and back pain. And it hasn’t gotten better. There is no blood and I feel the baby moving should I be worried or is this normal ? At what point should call the hospital? Thank you for your help! K

I get them too in my lower abdomen. My midwife said not to worry unless they’re coming 4 or more times in an hour, then to call her. I never have any consistency with them though

I'm 22 weeks as well, I have been having the same problem.

I was told mild cramps are normal due to stretching.if at any point they become severe or you experience bleeding call your doctor.and most importantly, try not to worry.everything is more than likely fine

I’m 22 weeks and get them on and off  My doctor said it’s totally normally because your uterus is constantly expanding. If everything is else is normal, i.e. no blood, baby is moving, etc. I bet you’re fine. Always put a call into your doctor if it will ease your mind but I doubt it warrants a trip to the hospital.
