Did the Membrane sweep make you go into labor?

So I have a schedule induced date on my due date May 29th 😬 I’m freaking out! But yesterday at 39 weeks 2 days, I had a membrane sweep. I was 2 cm dilated by then. I’ve been having some cramps pain & I’ve been bleeding and also lost my mucus plug. I hope the membrane sweep works tho! ... 
for those who got a membrane sweep did it work? After how long did you go into labor after getting it done??

I’m jealous of your induce date 😕. We have the same due date but my doctor takes a very hands off approach and so they don’t do cervical checks until I’m actually in labour and don’t do membrane sweeps and we don’t even TALK about inducement until I reach 41 weeks 😭😭😭

I'm not sure if the membrane sweep was what sent me into labor or not but I had one done at 41 weeks and I went into labor 2 days later. I was also 1, almost 2 cm dilated.

Had one at 39+6 at 11am and went into labor at 3:30 am.

Had mine at 40+5, went into labour at 2pm next day and she was born at 8am the day after that

I had one on Thursday. I was 3-4cm dilated and 80% effaced and so far I haven’t gone into labor. I lost my bloody show and I cramped pretty bad the day it was done. Starting at 1am last night though, I’ve been having contractions like every 5 mins but they’re not increasing in intensity... so idk if they’re Braxton Hicks or if I’m in the very early stages of labor 🤷🏼‍♀️
