Shooting pains? Thrush?

I am exclusively pumping and last night I had shooting pains in my right breast all night. They were not super sharp, but definitely there. I do not see any white patches in my daughters mouth and my nipple is not flaky or red. Could this be the beginning of thrush or am I being paranoid? Any other reason for shooting pains? Can I still feed her pumped milk from last night?

I get shooting pains in my breasts all the time, I think it’s normal while breastfeeding. Yes you can feed her milk pumped from the other night as long as it was stored properly.

You can feed her milk that has been stored properly. 
You can leave it in room temp for 5 Hours 
Fridge For 5 Days & Freezer for up to 6 months i believe. 
i always taste & smell my breaskmilk ( If it's been stored ) Before giving it to my baby.
