I had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on Thursday. I woke up that morning with a scratchy throat and slightly runny nose. Since then, my congestion has worsened. Suspecting that it was allergies, I asked my nurse if I could take something. She said take it but try to find alternative ways to alleviate it. I took the first allergy meds (cetirizine) that I could find only to realize that it was expired.

This is gonna sound crazy, but could this be a side effect? If not, what’s a girl to do to alleviate it?
