Big bite help??

Question

My son woke up with these this morning. They're HUGE. I can't seem to find the bite entry mark but it's very bumpy and they're getting bigger it seems. What can I do? Or should I call the pedi? He had pants on I have no clue how whatever it was got in there on both thighs.

Probably a allergic reaction to a mosquito I have one on the back of my arm right now.

It could just be an allergic reaction to a mosquito bite. My son used to get bites like that and if he itched them, they could become infected. I’d take baby to the doc just to be sure

He could just be really allergic to mosquitoes, which will bite through clothes. Sometimes I'll get a mosquito bite that takes up the entire back of my calf or forearm. It's always worth at least a call to the doctor right?
