Nasty pictures 🤢Help! Lost our baby at 12 weeks and had to have d&c now having complications

So March 26th I had to have a d&c after our daughter didn’t have a heart beat at our apt a few weeks before. I had the procedure and bled a lot after more than the dr thought was possible. After 3 and a half weeks it subsided. A I’ve bled every other day sense maybe a few days between I’ve made an apt and went to the dr and he said that my uterus was punctuated while doing the procedure and that it would heal on its own! I’ve been in horrible pain sense cramping like crazy! Well three days ago I started spotting heavily more than what was normal to me before and it was more of a black color with a lot of tissue in it. I called my dr but can’t get in for a few weeks and he advised to go to the er if I had any other complications only other thing I’ve had was horrible cramping and back pain worse than a normal period! And I feel like I’m peeing straight blood! Pictures included sorry! Has anyone ever had this problem after a d&c? Was it just your period or?? Pictures are horrible and I apologize in advance!
