Contractions?
So I have been having intense menstral cramping that has taken my breathe away for the last hour avg 8 min apart. I still just feel like “is this it?!” So can anyone help me better understand what a “real” contraction feels like. Also have been losing my mucus plug all day and had pinkish blood while wiping after getting out the shower. 40+4 today too!
Update: I have been timing since 10:30pm and I think I am in denial should I head to hospital?
