How long would you wait to marry someone?

How long would you wait to marry someone you have been with? And had children with. Tell me what you think honestly.

Im not marrying nobody i havent been with for at least 5 years.

Some people only date a few months before they get married and thats great for them. But I personally dont like that. My husband and I started dating in August of 2011. We got married April 2018. We were the last of all of our friends to get married. And we were together the longest. I dont see the point in rushing to get married. Thats just def something you do NOT do. Theres no reason for that at all. If they are worth it, they can wait. I feel as if it takes years to get to know someone. So I dont understand why people marry strangers.

DH and I were together for about 3 years before getting married. We talked about marriage and having kids together within just a few months of being together and when we did finally get engaged we only have a 6 week engagement. I think it depends entirely on the couple.

We got married a week after our 3 year anniversary. It was right for us. Honestly  no one answer is the right answer. It takes some people months and some years. Everyone's situation is unique. The most important thing is that both parties are ready and truly understand what marriage is and means.

I married my husband just 6 months of knowing each other and honestly I wish I would have waiting longer to marry him. Of course I’m happily married, but there were a lot of things we found out about each other AFTER we married. I would say wait a few years to get to know each other.

I got engaged at a year and a half and will be together 2 whole years 4 days before our wedding day❤️ Also I had our son just a couple months ago too😅❤️
