Energy drinks and breastfeeding?

How long after drinking an energy drink can you breastfeed again? It’s hard to find a clear answer online or can I continue to feed baby and not wait at all? I don’t know how much goes into your milk

I would just be careful. Energy drinks (I drank the Starbucks Mocha canned coffee energy drink) were the ONLY think that hurt my son’s stomach the whole 14 months I breastfed. It took me til about the 3rd time I had one to make the connection.

I’d find out how many MG of caffeine is in the drink. It says online a breastfeeding mother can safely have 300mg of caffeine a day x
