I'm not sure what it is. I miscarried in March and had my period on 3rd of this month.... I'm feeling like my 2 ovaries or fallopian tubes are a little achy.... I was ovulating around the 16th ( i think ) the movements around my belly button are like waves of movements. My lower back is very sore too. Does anyone know or have had this before. Is it possible that i didn't have a miscarriage and still pregnant even though I've had bleeding. I'm so confused :(
