No periods :(

Hi all so I’ve got two daughters three and 1 I’ve not had periods in nearly three years :/ Question 1 is just come off the pill how long does it take to come out of your System and two I cannot track my ovulation dates or anything like that so has anyone else been in a similar situation and how long did it take you to get pregnant me and partner aren’t actively trying just if it happens it happens thanks
