Help! Do I call on call dr?

I don’t know if I should call on call dr again or not .. looking for opinions! I’m 24 + 1.

Yesterday I had a lot of discharge, a gush, and so I called in. She said more than likely just discharge nothing to worry about. See if it happened again or continued and if so call back. It did not happen again so just went on about the weekend.

Last night I had REALLY bad diarrhea. Drank a ton of Gatorade to stay hydrated and went to bed.

No bowel movement today... but a lot of stomach pain. More left sided and across the stomach. Can’t tell what kind of pain- if it’s gas, stomach bug, cramping etc. Also feeling a lot of movement but I’m really having trouble distinguishing if it’s “movement” from an upset stomach vs baby movement. Feels like a rumble almost.

Basically I’m unsure if I need to call the on call dr back tonight or not. I’m just a little nervous with the diahrerra. I had loose bowel movements all week but not to this extent. Not much of an appetite today.
