You cannot have pregnancy symptoms that soon... many women claim to have symptoms that soon, but it is impossible to have “conception symptoms” or any pregnancy symptoms before implantation has happened.
2-3 weeks is too early, and anything you feel is not pregnancy related.

3 weeks would be around implantation. Hcg wouldn't even be in your body yet. So any symptoms one may have would not be from pregnancy

I've had implantation cramping and zinging pains with a couple of my pregnancies, I was ttc and hyper aware and was like hmmm...then came the breast tenderness and dizzy spells etc after a few days.

A friend and I both had symptoms almost immediately after conception but it's certainly not something to rely on. Nothing is certain until there are lab results or a positive test. But it's not unheard of to say, "well, that explains it" in hindsight.
