Ex blowing my phone up and..

My ex has been blowing my phone up for almost two days. Non stop calling and texting calling me a whore, hoe, bitch, etc.. then begging for me back.. then going back to calling me a hoe etc

He then messaged my other ex on Instagram because that ex and I are friends now (only became friends again after me and my recent ex spilt up) HE LITERALLY MESSAGED HIM!!!!

I have asked him several times to LEAVE ME ALONE and he WONT
