Did sex induce labor?

Anyone have success with sex inducing labor? How far along were you when it worked?

Had sex... lost plug... immediate contractions... had him 24 hours later :) Sex it up ;) You won't be able to for a while after!!

Had sex with hubby yesterday morning (Friday), contractions started shortly afterward, 7-10 minutes apart, gradually shorter intervals throughout the day and now I'm at the hospital in full blown labor. 38w5d. So yes I think sex def did the trick 😊

I'm 37+3, dilated 1cm and we have sex pretty regularly(~3 times a week?) and no labor for me.  I think if you're close it will help but if your body isn't ready it won't make you go into labor.

Worked for me at thirty seven weeks. I also used primrose oil before that so not sure if it helped too.

I was 2.5cm dilated and 80% effaced at my Dr appt on Thursday, had sex yesterday and nothing still. I'm 38 weeks.

Following, 35 weeks and still do it every. But I really want him to stay in there a little bit longer, hope sex doesn't make me go into labor too soon lol.

Worked for me both times. But it won't work if baby isn't ready. Sure helps get the contractions going.
