Pain in knee during pregnancy?

Question

So I’ve been having quite a bad pain in my right knee in the past few weeks or so. I’ve never had this pain before pregnancy and was just wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar? And could it be related to pregnancy?
It’s a pain when I stand on it or am walking for a little bit and I haven’t hurt it anywhere and haven’t been going to the gym either due to my ‘all day sickness’.

I know this is an old post. Just wondering how it went for you? I’m currently experiencing pain in my knee but not sure if it’s pregnancy related or what
