My 5 weeks old has been on nutramigen for about 5 days and my son's got extremely bad smelling poo diapers (diahrea).
He is also taking this probiotic

Is this diahrea normal?

It didn’t give my lo diarrhea. It helped make his a little more solid. But the smell, Yes is normal. Lol. It’s very pungent.

My daughter has been on it for a week and a half and yes the poop is soooo nasty especially compared to breastmilk poop 🤮 my daughters poop is either bright green and like playdough or it’s a wet brown / green. Her doctor said it was normal and it will take a good 2-3 weeks before the digestive system regulates especially if your baby didn’t have diarrhea with their intolerance
