Family events
I tried to go to a family members bridal shower yesterday. I made it about 90 minutes before having a meltdown in the bathroom and leaving the party. My daughter was born sleeping in July and I am still trying to navigate this new normal. Does anyone else feel like skipping family parties after a loss?
