Do you pump in the middle of the night?

For the first time, my LO slept six hours straight (usually sleeps 3-4 hours max). For the EBF mamas, do you pump in the middle of the night to maintain your supply (once your LO starts sleeping through the night)?

I didn’t until my supply started dropping after I went back to work. Now I do, and it helps me make sure he has enough to eat at the babysitter’s :)

Yes... I do pump once at 3 am in order to maintain the supply..

My baby has been sleeping 10hrs straight for the last 6 weeks and I’ve still been getting up between 2-3am to pump. Mostly for my comfort but also to make sure my supply stays up and so she has enough for the next day.

I only pump once at 10ish. If I am at work(2nights a week) I pump at 10/11p and then 3/4a

I only pump once in the night, approx. 6 hours after my baby's last feed. My supply has regulated but I'm ok with that because that means more sleep! I still have a tiny oversupply too from this pump since I usually get 7-8oz and feed my baby on demand most of time.
