Can I get some input? This could be helpful for many!

This is my first medicated round TTC. I hadn’t had a menses since late October 2018. My provider put me on Medroxyprogesterone for 10 days to start a menses. I was on 7.5MG of Letrozole on CD 3-7. I was on 500MG of Metformin a day through month one and am now on 1,000MG a day. I also take a Prenatal daily. I ovulated on CD 18. That was confirmed with bloodwork on CD 25 and my Progesterone level was 25. My provider said this means I ovulated well.

I am currently CD 32, 12 DPO. My Easy@Home HCG test was negative with FMU. I have had mild cramping on my left side all day today.

So my questions are...

• Do I still have a chance to get a positive HCG this round?

• What is the latest DPO you’ve gotten a positive HCG result?

• How many rounds of Letrozole did you take, what dosage and what were your progesterone levels to confirm ovulation?

• What are some of your helpful tips or advice?

• Opinions on PreSeed?

• Should my Fiancé get a semen analysis done?

• Should I ask my provider about doing some scan to measure/look for mature follicles?

• Should I ask my provider about moving my Letrozole to CD 5-9?

• And not fertility related but why do posts take so long to be approved? 😭

UPDATE: Got in contact with my provider and got bloodwork, an ultrasound and a semen analysis ordered!
