Sleep walking...🤦🏾‍♀️

My husband doesn't get up with the baby during the night. I'm very useful to my don getting up every 2 hours for food. I always take care of it as I am a SAHM and he has to work. However, I'm also a sleep walker. It happens mostly when I am under a great deal of stress or I am very sleep deprived. Last night my husband said I was making sou ds as if I was talking to the baby then got up, looked in the bassinet then came back to sleep. We have this log that we keep his diaper changes and feedings in. Today, my baby woke up so I took him to get a diaper change and a bottle. I vaguely remember using my phone to log something. I looked at the log and sure enough I logged something an hour earlier in my sleep. I also had on my robe and a slipper as if I just was up and didnt take off the rest of my clothes. My son has been sleeping longer amounts in the night so I guess I'm just super anxious about getting up with him and making sure he is okay. Now I'm worried I will sleepwalk with him in my arms. We have to go up and down stairs and I don't usually turn on the lights. Im scared to tell my husband that I was sleeping walking again.
