I took the contraceptive pill for 4 days but I had to stop because I was getting really bad headaches. Therefore my period came back and it has now been 29 days since that period and I'm worried. I've been bloated, I had cramps a few days ago but they went and I have lost my apetite. I'm 16 and I have only had sex once in my life (3 days ago) and I'm worried I could be pregnant even though we were safe. I've also read that you can expect to have a later period after coming off birth control but I'm really freaked out. For the past year up until a few months ago my cycle length was 25 days but for the last 3 periods it's been up to 34 days. Someone help!!
