Meconium question

LO was born last night, 12 hours ago, but swallowed some meconium since I was too tired to push harder from having contractions for 18-19 hours.

I still haven't gotten to hold her, I saw her for 2 minutes just now before they put her in the ambulance to transfer her to a special hospital here, and my husband is riding there with her until my doctor discharges me at 12.

We live 1.5 hours from the hospital she's going to be at and we're considering getting a hotel to be close to her, I feel so bad she must feel alone 😭💔

Has anyone's baby swallowed meconium and how long did they stay in the hospital for? Her breathing was slow all night 😪
