Possible miscarriage

So a few months ago I had a miscarriage we've been trying to have another baby since then.. so my period or what I thought was my period started on the 24th (I always have 5 to 6 day periods) I got up used the bathroom nothing but blood(tmi) later that day i changed my tampon and it looked like ewcm but with blood and that was the only time. There was a couple clots but no bigger than the size of rice.. and my "period" was only 2 days..the bleeding never eased up it just completely stoped.. advice please...
