Need a new baby seat

My son has this Napper that attaches to the pack and play. We use it for him to sleep in during the day or night when we are downstairs. Well the wait limit is 12 pounds he is 11. He is also kinda smooshed. I would like to get another cheap pack and play but my husband doesn't like that idea. He thinks the cheap ones with the basanets are unsafe for some reason.

Any idea of a Napper? We are always with him when he's in it. We have a rock and play but I don't think he will like it as it doesn't lay flat.
