Anyone reccomend over the counter ovulation/fertility medications?

I would like to do things as natural as possible if I can, does anyone have a brand of fertility/ovulation vitamins or medications they take or took and had success?

Been trying for almost 2 years but I'm not sure if I'm ovulating regularly. Struggle with cysts, but im wondering if adding something such as a vitamin would help.

Currently im using preseed, taking prenatals and tracking ovulation with ovulation tests. If you reccomend anything else please let me know! Appreciate you guys.
