Twin loss

So about almost 2 years ago my twins were born unfortunately only I made it iris was a stillborn. I thought I would be okay by now but I’m not I never actually grieved for her and everytime my period comes along I get very emotional about it and especially around the time of their birthday. I need help but I’m not sure how to start or how to even mention to my doctor.
