Im fourteen weeks 2 day and i decided to take a pregnancy test as i no longer have morning sickness one of the lines is getting lighter does this mean im losing baby

At 6 week i had a ultrasound and heart rate was 120 with i thought was low i dont see my midwife till 10 of june and cant see my normal doctor as he has referred me on to the hospital where i live as i am classed as high risk im just wondering what i should do or think please help
