Back pain...

For the last three days I have had and an ungodly amount of back pain. Nothing touches it. I use the heating pad, I take Tylenol Extra Strength, I take hot showers, and press my back hard into a flat surface. Nothing helps with the pain. I am a manager in a hotel and when I overdo it at work my hips / butt also hurt.

Does anyone else have back pain? If so what do you do for the pain? I have called my doctor for a few other problems but I don't feel like bothering them with this.
