Can I eat a cold cut?!

I’m CRAVING. A cold cut from subway and I don’t want it warm, can I eat it? Or should I just stay away?

I eat subway all the time 😬 I followed all the strict rules with my first pregnancy but this time not as much. Plus my dr didn’t even have deli meat on the not to eat list

My doctor never told me not to eat lunch meat (hot or cold). That really is an outdated “rule”. Of course there is always a very small risk of listeria, just like there is with many many other foods you don’t think twice about eating! Just eat lunch meat that is fresh and from a reputable source & enjoy it!

Yes deli meats have to meet standards ...in other words the deli meats are safer then that stuff you have had for a week in the back of your fridge

I eat cold lunch meat all the time! I just had subway the other day!! I was being super strict at first but I finally caved and started eating lunch meat again. Lol Gotta love some jimmy johns ever once in a while. ;)

My midwife said I could eat cold cuts she said she’s never seen someone get listeria and it’s very rare . It’s the only thing I was craving when I had morning sickness

Lol I eat Publix cold sub's all the time 😊, && I just had my anatomy scan yesterday & my son is perfectly healthy 😊
