Is it normal for guys to be insecure about having large feet?

This is honestly just about a guy being insecure about having too large of feet. I really didn’t know what to say. He just kept going on about it and I started to wonder if he was asking me if something else was too big.  Although I can definitely sympathize with the issues of finding shoes in the right size.

Large hands and feet are often associated with having a large penis. I feel like he's bragging but trying to disguise it.  Every guy ever who's mentioned their big hands or feet without a real reason is just actually talking about his penis, in my experience.

I mean, maybe he's just insecure. Maybe he doesn't like how he looks where larger feet. It's not always about dick for guys 🤷

People can probably be insecure about just about anything. If you know it’s an insecurity with your partner reassuring them can really help. 
Different issue but I’ve always disliked my feet because I have skin issues and it’s usually the worst on my feet. I finally found a medicine that’s gotten my skin well and now I feel much better but prior to this i didn’t want any attention paid to my feet, not looking or touching. I could do maybe with socks on but nothing else. If he shows you theres a boundary like that I would just leave it be but if he’s mentioning he hates x y z about them you can absolutely reassure him or compliment him.
