Body image tips?

I have struggled with my body and eating for years. Recently I’ve learned that I really struggled more than I ever realized because of diet culture, binge eating, etc.

Some days I feel really good, some days I hate myself and some days I remind myself that my body is not the definition of who I am (body neutrality).

What are tips you have for how you practice good body image, how you get over the number on a scale defining you and anything else?
