I’m on day 2 of my period do I start taking these now or when my period has stopped?

I took them constantly over my periods and one a day as instructed in the leaflet. It shouldn't mess anything up. It's only vitamins

After period has stopped. I’m on second month on these and no changes to my cycle  as said before everyone’s different

I took these without any issues. I continued to take them during periods x

Hi, I tried these and they ruined my periods, usually 31 days and last month was 49 day cycle, everyone is different but I wouldn’t recommend them, good luck x
