Someone who knows about home repairs

So I recently moved into a new apartment and I been here almost a month and no maintenance have came yet. But there’s water leaking idk where from but if I pull the two drawers out on the bottom of the fridge a bunch of water comes out and gets all over the floor. Also when I cook something on the stove oily water leaks out somewhere on the bottom of the oven. Irk where either of those are coming from but its gross and if any of you have any idea how I can fix it please let me know. I’m tired of this musty smell in my whole apartment and I’m assuming it’s from those?
