Anyone else get summer sweat rashes from their underwear?

TMI but Its +30 degrees and I feel like my underwear gets soaked in sweat by days end and that it just causes outer crease rashes. Like where the edge of your underwear sits. Stupid uncomfortable and then it can be painful to wear underwear until its healed. Does anyone experience this and find it's worse with pregnancy?

You sweat more in that area when pregnant. Use a liner and change your undies at least once more a day. That’ll help a lot. Otherwise, try and stay as cool as possible.

Cotton cotton cotton omg it’ll help a lot more for absorbing to sweat but also you might have to take a cool rag and wipe mid day. I don’t use powder so I just switched to nothing but cotton patties and a cool rag

I have this! I don’t normally get this problem (I mean I normally get sweat because its 110 most of the summer but no rash or irritation). If I know we are going to be out in the heat I plan and change my panties when I get home. Super frustrating when summer hasn’t really even started yet!
