My husband and I have been actively trying to conceive for about a year now. I had blood work done and an internal ultrasound and everything came back normal.

(I had the ultrasound done because I had been having off and on pain in my left pelvic area and the doctor recommended it to make sure I didn’t have any cysts or scar tissue.)

Everything was normal.

I’m wondering if anyone else experiences random pelvic pain? Not just around ovulation or mensuration?

Any advice or kind words would be welcome. Everything’s hard right now. 😔
