Implantation bleeding or ovulation bleeding

Hi this is my first time posting here in a while. I started by period two weeks ago it started a week early and was lighter and shorter than normal. I have always had a normal cycle but it does change up like every six months. Im either a week early or a week late. This would make it the second time this year that my cycle has changed and which usually happens in July. I am currently in my 6th day of ovulation and I have noticed I have light pink spotting when i wipe. I have been having light cramps, back pains and tenderness to my nipples. It has been 6 years since I last conceived. I am confused and worried since I would like to conceive but so far no luck. Can someone give me some advice?
