Depends if I felt close to his parents and liked them then I would not block them. But if I didn’t feel close and wanted to completely cut off all ties with him then yes I would delete them.

When me and my ex broke up I kept his family members on social media and still spoke to them for around 6-7 months (then something happened between me and my ex including police involvement so they all blocked me during the investigations and we have t spoke since)
