Twins ? 2 sacs or 1

Question

Ok so i swear i have a gut feeling im having twins and since u ladies all have exprienced twins or multiples maybe you can help . I keep having dreams of twins and everyone keepa saying im having twins. Even my son, when i ask him if its a boy or girl he says two girls this was at 5wks and 2 days. Next appt is on tuesday i hope i can get a answer lol

Mine was at 8 weeks 
And this was my 6 week

Come to find out there was two in my first ultrasound they were just too small to see! Further in your pregnancy you will be able to tell if it's one or two sacs!

Looks like two to me. This was my first ultrasound at 4-5 weeks (not done by a dr) it was also abdominal 
And then this was my first ultrasound at the dr at 7 weeks, transvaginal

I don't want to bum you out as of course I could be wrong, but this is exactly how my 6 week ultrasound looked and I KNeW there were two sacks which really freaked me out, because we were really hoping for a third kid not four lol! Anyway, I swear looked just like yours and I kept pointing at it saying ya that's one, she assured me it wasn't. She said if you look throughout you can see black spots all over and when they move the probe more and less come up but the very apparent save wouldn't change. Good luck to you though. Maybe I'm wrong and it's what your wanting:)

This was mine at 5 weeks. I thought there was a third one right above the 2 but they pointed out that there's "holes" like that everywhere and gestation sacs are noticeable like the 2 pointed out
