yesterday I woke up and notice my lady parts were feeling off and agitated. Going on throughout the day it feels as though it’s dry and itchy. This morning it feels really sore and more on the inside when I touch the “inside” it stings slightly and I’m not to sure what could have caused this.

I am very young, sexually active and I’m questioning it being a yeast infection but any further advice would be very appreciated!!
