Is he too young?

We got my 16 week old a seat thingie(I forgot the name) he has really good head control but sometimes it still drops a little bit so he’s kinda hunched over. Is he still too young for something like this? He plays with the things on it and acts interested. Just wondered about his head. The box says 4 months+ and he’ll be 4 months on June 6th

If he can’t hold his head up much then I wouldn’t. Cause that means his muscles and neck aren’t strong enough yet. More tummy time would help instead of that seat. But, if you still want him in it then it’s recommended no more than 15 mins.

If he’s hunching then. I definitely not ready. You could roll some towels around him but really it’s too soon. He will be ready before long!

I got this same seat for my youngest and she had great head control but she sometimes would drop her head a bit while sitting in it but it helped make her neck stronger

He should be fine this will help with those muscles my son had one at 3 months per box it was safe it came with a special removable cushion that put him in the cradled position at first once he was a bit bigger I removed it so he could sit up more
