So my lovely son Prince, is 10 weeks 4days.

I started my contraceptive pill about 2 weeks ago (Dr gave me the ok)

Then earlier this week I noticed I’ve been very moody and defensive, skin is a mess, gained 4kg and ALMOST NO breast milk.

Looks like I’ll be sticking to condoms for a while.

My question is why the hell did I only find out when I did my own research🤬🤬

As a result I’ve been more upset because I’m only able to breast feed maybe twice a day then I’m empty. Other than waiting for this poison to leave my body, CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND TIPS TO GET MY BM BACK PLEASE?!!!
