I just had a little episode of throwing up thanks to heartburn. As I was throwing up I felt a pretty big gush come out and it saturated most of my underwear. I had just peed prior to throwing up so I didnt feel I had a full bladder but I'm sure that doesnt matter in pregnancy. I didn't hear a pop or anything, just a felt a big gush and now underwear are soaked. Could it had been urine that was pushed out from throwing up? It doesnt have smell. What should I look out for leaking wise just incase it was my water. My water has never broke on its own before so I have no idea what it feels like or how it leaks. Any help would be appreciated! Would call doctor but they are closed for the day and would hate to call on call for just a big gush of pee.

Cant tell in the picture, but where its circled is where it is soaked from the gush. The greyish color is from underwear being wet with darker grey spots. its normally white. The whole area that is circled is soaked. Yellow areas is from regular discharge.
