This is entirely about your comfort level!
The risk is never zero and there are no guarantees, regardless of when you announce. 
Personally I am not announcing (beyond immediate family) until I have the results of my NPIT back. But that’s entirely just my preference - you do whatever you’re comfortable with!

Everyone feels differently. My first pregnancy all friends and families knew after I peed on the stick. I lost that pregnancy after 2 weeks. 
My second pregnancy I waited till after my first ultrasound to tell everyone. I was 6+5. Sadly it was a MMC and lost that pregnancy 2 weeks later. 
This time I'm 11+3 today. Only immediate family knows. After my NT scan next week I'll be 12+5 is when I'm telling the rest of the family. Then I'll be telling the world along with friends at about 16 weeks. But that's me. Everyone is different.

With our first we announced at 16 weeks, our second we lost before announcing, our third we again announced at 16 weeks. After losing our third pregnancy, second daughter, at 20 weeks, we are announcing once we have our consult with MFM.

We told friends and family and work colleagues at 9 weeks. We’ve not officially announced it on social media. We’ll do that at 12 weeks
