Hey! I EBF my little 4 month old, and im just curious if anyone else on here has had a horrible amount of joint pain not just while breastfeeding but all the time.. do you all think its caused from so many nutrients being taken from you while breastfeeding?

Ive been taking my post-natals vitamins and also supplementing with calcium religiously. My hips, wrists, shoulders ankles and mostly my spine is killing me every day... im pretty small stature so i thought it was just from holding baby all day but i dont think its muscular strain anymore it feels a little deeper than that and all my joints feel as though they are affected.

I suppose with that said... which doctor should i call and ask my OB since its breastfeeding related or primary care?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
