I had an ultrasound today which showed extra follicles, suggesting possible pcos. I have to have bloodwork to confirm if I do have pcos or not. I feel like my opks look like that of someone who does not have pcos?? I had a normal and very strong surg and then went back to negative before and after?? Thoughts?? Can I get this string of an lh surg with pcos..and have it fall back to very light after, like it should normally?

I also have regular periods every 27-28 days, 3 days of bleeding and that’s all. No other symptoms..no weight gain, no extra hair
