cramps
so i haven’t got my period since january and now i just it. my cramps have never been this bad. i can’t breathe and i’m shaking and i feel like i’m gonna throw up. any tips to help this at all??????
edit: i had to miss rehearsal for the show i’m in rn because of my cramps
