Is it bad if boobs hurt more closer to AF?

I am due in 3 days and my boobs seem to be getting sore since yesterday. 
What is the relationship of sore boobs and progesterone levels ??

My boobs were on FIRE 3 days before my period when I was pregnant BOTH times. I KNEW I was pregnant the second time because of how bad they hurt.. just like the first time. I almost didn’t even need to test I was so sure lol. I ended up waking up in the night from being in so much pain and took ibuprofen. Tested that next morning and it was so dark it pulled color from the control line 😬😂

Estrogen causes the breast ducts to enlarge. Progesterone production causes the milk glands to swell.
