I have been seeing this guy for a month. Whenever I would bring up dating this early to a guy (the last 2, one I was with 3 months and the other 1 month) they say they aren't ready for a relationship and then cut me off.

I dont want to scare these guys away, maybe I'm coming across needy? How would yall do it?

I don't want to say I want to date him RIGHT NOW ,lol, just that I like him and would want to date him in the future? Or I really don't know how to word it. Or should I just go with the flow?? Wait a little longer?
